Scott Ackerson
Scott joined Prospera HCS in January of 2019 bringing over 20 years of non-profit experience to the organization including community organization, program development and management, and direct social work practice. Prior to joining Prospera, Scott worked as a consultant for Health Management Associates (HMA), a national healthcare consulting firm where he worked with health, housing and social determinants of health. Prior to HMA, as VP of Transformational Services at Haven for Hope, Scott provided administrative and clinical oversight over all of Haven’s social service operations, education and workforce development and partner organizations. In 2013, he moved into the position of Vice President of Strategic Relationships, providing oversight over partner relations and strategic community development. H also expanded his role to also oversee all services provided by the Center for Health Care Services on Haven’s campus, primarily addiction and mental health recovery programs. Scott is also an Adjunct Professor of Social Work and serves on several non-profit boards local, national and international.

Previously, Scott served as Chief Program Officer for SAMMinistries, Vice President of Residential Services for The Children’s Shelter and for 10 years as Community Program Director with Casey Family Programs. In addition, Scott has worked at several different residential treatment centers for children in both California and Minnesota. 
He received a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Our Lady of the Lake University, and a  Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work at St. Cloud State University in Minnesota. Scott is a Licensed Master of Social Work.

 Ray Soto
​ 
Ray Soto is a retired US Army Veteran who served 23 years with multiple deployments and earning a Bronze Star and Purple Heart.  The resiliency he developed through his years of service led to his passion for endurance running.  He has completed 20 marathons, six Ultramarathons and truly believes in the healing that comes with having a positive mind, body and spirit.  In his spare time, he runs with various running groups in the San Antonio and surrounding area and also spends time outdoors with Veterans who struggle with PTSD.  He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in National Security.  He is currently an Executive Director                                                                                                                                               at one of the top Fortune 500  companies in America.

​Cherie Reed

​
Cherie Lynn Reed is a San Antonio native and attended Robert E Lee high school. Cherie just celebrated two years of employment at Pay it Forward. She is a graduate of the Adult Drug Court program and serves as a mentor for the current participants. She loves exercise and is a big proponent of using exercising as a therapeutic means to help treat people struggling with homelessness, substance abuse, and mental health issues. Upon entering recovery in 2018 she was introduced to the Street 2 feet program. Now as Alumni she wishes to continue to pay it forward by serving as a member on the board and giving back to the community through mind, body, and spirit.

Haylie Delatore
Haylie is a mother of two with a bachelor’s degree in social work from Texas State University. She is an adult and family services case manager at Haven for Hope where she serves individuals experiencing homelessness. Prior to case management, she was a Street2Feet intern and fell in love with its mission.
Haylie believes self-care is a critical part of survival for all. As a runner, she understands firsthand how the benefits of running impact a persons life. Being a part of Street2Feet has been a bright spot in the lives of many, watching others set a tangible goal for themselves and reach that goal is a beautiful thing to witness and she is proud to serve on the board of this organization.

Kelsey Kohler​
Graduated from Trinity University, Summa Cum Laude where she earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology and played collegiate soccer. Currently pursuing her medical degree at UT
Health Science Center San Antonio Long School of Medicine with aspirations of going into OBGYN. She is passionate about women’s health and preventative medicine, specifically lifestyle modification as a means of preventing chronic diseases and promoting hormone balance. Dedicated to the mission of making healthy living accessible to all. Enjoys giving back
to her community and has been volunteering with Street2Feet since 2019. Loves getting outside, running, and spending time with family, friends, and her two golden doodles, Maggie
and Harper.

​Tione Torrens is a first-generation Cuban-American with over 28 years of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) and leadership experience. She understands how the creation of safe spaces and environments that foster authenticity is critical for personal and professional satisfaction, and success. Tione is an empathic DEI practitioner who leads with vulnerability to design workplace strategies that embrace everyone's unique identities so they feel celebrated and valued. 
Tione lived in six different states before settling in Northwest San Antonio 12 years ago where she lives with her husband, daughter, and dog Coco. She enjoys spending time with her family, practicing yoga, and functional fitness.
