Part of Street2Feet's programing includes yoga and mindfulness. We meet Monday, Wednesday, and Friday every week in the chapel on campus for class centered around yoga, mindfulness, and health literacy. At least once a month we try to take our group out into the community to practice some movements they have learned in class and put it into place in a community yoga class. We are extremely grateful for MobileOm hosting a free class at Confluence Park thanks to their partnership with San Antonio River Foundation. Together they are helping to make exercise accessible to all.
